Contact and submissions
One desk handles corrections, pitches and commercial enquiries. Please say which one you are writing about in the subject line.
Corrections
Send the URL, the sentence you believe is wrong, and — where you can — something we can check it against. Corrections are made in place and noted at the foot of the article, as described in how we work.
Pitches
We read pitches from people who work in the field. A useful pitch is three or four sentences: the question the article answers, why the existing answers are unsatisfying, and what you have seen first-hand that others have not. We do not accept finished articles written to place a link, and we do not publish vendor overviews of a vendor's own product.
Placements and partnerships
Paid placement is available and is marked as such. What it does not include is editorial coverage, a favourable review, or a link inside an editorial article. If that is what you are looking for, this is not the right site and we would rather say so at the first email.

Write to editor at orionhub dot org. We answer in a few working days. There is no telephone desk and no live chat; a written record suits corrections better than either.
